Physical Formula
Stance - The "Stance" is the foundation for training. The "Stance" is the root for stability, balance and strength.
Posture - One's "Posture" must be maintained in order to build a strong torso. This "Posture" also allows for the body to be properly aligned to help avoid injury. Proper "Posture" also allows for proper blood flow.
Technique - To have good "Technique" one must follow the first two foundations (stance & posture). To practice good technique, one must understand how to use the technique. Utilizing a certain technique, one must understand how to visualize, focus & execute.
